Meet Mackenzie, our Social Media Manager, who joined L2L Creative Group in October.
She graduated from Bridgewater State University last year with a degree in Marketing and is now pursuing her master’s degree in Business Administration. She became interested in the marketing field when she transferred to Bridgewater State and had to take an elective marketing course. After attending the first class she switched her major from health sciences to marketing and began working on marketing research projects related to consumer behavior. A few months before graduating she began her job search and came across L2L Creative Group. After doing research on the company and Lindsay, she knew right away it was the perfect match.
Mackenzie enjoys working on many projects at L2L, her favorite one being anything related to Southside Tavern Restaurant in Braintree. She developed a love for the restaurant industry at a young age and loves working on restaurant related projects. One project she has been excited to work on at L2L is working alongside Lindsay and NESN’s the Dining Playbook to feature SouthSide Tavern as the one of the “best sport bars to go to in the South Shore.”
So far she has learned a lot working for us over the past few months.
Mackenzie says, “I have learned that every business, no matter how small can benefit from social media marketing and that doesn’t mean just posting a picture with a creative caption. I have also gained more experience with different platforms that I wasn’t too familiar with before like Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Canva and Google Plus. I couldn’t have chosen a better person to work for, Lindsay has taught me so much already and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me at L2L Creative Group.”
Mackenzie also works several other jobs besides L2L. Seven years ago she started working at Alma Nove as a food runner and has worked her way up to Assistant Manager. She has also recently started working part time at Bridgewater State as a Graduate Assistant.
When she’s not busy working or going to class you can find her training for her next half marathon, spinning at Cycle Town or working on her golf game at the Harmon Club.
